Neal has over six years’ work experience in a variety of roles, most recently acting as project coordinator for the prime contractor on the City of Edmonton’s 50 Street Widening and Railway Grade Separation project and the Yellowhead Trail Freeway Conversion project.

Neal recently completed his Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management at the University of Alberta. His capstone project focused on enhancing near-miss reporting systems in industrial construction and he was invited to present his findings at the 2023 Canadian Society for Chemical Engineering Conference.

At SMA Neal provides scheduling, change management, and reporting support on the Capital Line South Extension Project.
