Jesse Kostelyk, M.Sc., P.Eng., A.V.S., is an expert in project management, value analysis, risk management, and constructability for a wide range of civil engineering projects and applications. Over the past decade, on top of his extensive work with Edmonton’s LRT projects, Jesse provided project management support and project controls on multiple projects, including major municipal drainage and tunneling projects, bridges, airports, heavy rail, numerous roadways, and shipyards. Along with his project management work, Jesse also conducted stakeholder engagement, value analysis, risk assessment, and constructability reviews. Proficient in Monte Carlo simulation, Jesse has become a leader in providing decision-making support under uncertainty, from the planning phase to construction closeout. Jesse has recent publications and presentations in the areas of risk management, decision support, cost estimating and forecasting, and cost and schedule performance monitoring.
