Project Cost Estimating is the process that calculates the resources required to execute a project on time and on schedule, allowing the client to proceed with the knowledge that all the necessary resources have been allocated and are accounted for. Along with these services, SMA also offers independent reviews of cost estimates developed by others and boasts extensive experience facilitating cost estimating and review workshops.
For greater accuracy, we use range estimating, which includes uncertainty and its impacts on the project. The end result allows the owner to select a budget and schedule according to their desired level of confidence and acceptable level of risk.
