We are committed to keeping stakeholders informed
We define stakeholders as those who have an interest in, or may be impacted by, the outcome of a project. We are committed to keeping all stakeholders informed throughout all stages of the project, and to ensure that this happens, we develop a communications plan to further enhance and supplement the Public Involvement Plan. The communications plan includes strategies for reaching each of the identified stakeholder groups.
Our goal for public involvement is to provide required project information to the stakeholders in a readily understood language or vocabulary. The needs and values of the stakeholder group members dictate the best form or method for communicating with them. Our team is equipped to implement these strategies through a variety of up-to-date, evidence-based methods, including print, broadcast, and social media.
