In order to remain at the top of our field, SMA is continuously optimizing and modernizing our services, improving the quality of ideas produced in our workshops. We ensure that our highly experienced facilitators receive additional training in elite group management techniques such as creative approaches to brainstorming, sensitivity and assertiveness training, and techniques that improve group participation. These skills improve the quantity and quality of ideas produced in our workshops, leading to design options that are high in value, operability, and constructability, and low in cost.
