Congratulations to Hala, Sean, and Jeff on Their VMA Certifications
SMA wishes to congratulate Hala AbouRizk-Newstead, Sean Newstead and Jeff King on earning their Value Methodology Associate (VMA) accreditation with SAVE International in 2016.
Hala AbouRizk-Newstead is a Senior Analyst and Manager (Business Services) at SMA Consulting and provides numerous services to our clients, including project management, risk analysis, range estimating, and workshop facilitation.
Sean Newstead serves as a Project Manager, Manager (External Relations), and Safety Officer, and has significant experience in construction project management, project risk analysis, constructability reviews, value engineering, safety management and audits, site inspections, and project planning and controls.
Dr. Jeff King is a Senior Analyst and Communications Specialist with SMA. He provides a wide range of facilitation, decision support, analysis, and stakeholder and public communications and engagement services to SMA’s clients. .
The VMA certification earned by Hala, Sean and Jeff recognizes their training and knowledge of value engineering, a Best Practice process for optimizing projects, products, and processes.
